Frontline

WINTER 2004

Allen Russell David was a mighty warrior and had his own personal chaplain, Ira the Hairite (2 Samuel 10:26). David knew the importance of having chaplains available with fighting soldiers. This issue of FRONTLINE features our chaplains who are in harms way and working with soldiers, airmen, seamen and marines who are fighting against terrorism. Many of you are already praying for these chaplains and we want to help you put a face to their name so you can pray more effectively. They serve with a variety of units but all are ministering Christ's love and compassion to those they serve. Some will be holding Christmas services in former palaces of Sadaam Hussein and baptizing new believers in his swimming pools. Others spend time at the bedsides of wounded service men and women. They count on your prayers. Remember their families back home as many spend the holidays without their father.

(Webmaster Note:) Due to the nature of the internet and the operational security concerns for the chaplains we will not be linking the photos and names which were in the printed edition of FRONTLINE. If you would like a copy of FRONTLINE please write to the address below. We trust you understand this inportant concern and continue to pray for all of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines in these theaters of operation.
