Spring 2004

Allen Russell John Maxwell in his book Running With The Giants refers to Noah in Genesis 6-9 as a person who would say to us One person can make a difference! Maxwell goes on to encourage his readers to Not be afraid to stand out in a crowd. He reminds us difference makers are different. We are encouraged not to be afraid to do something for the first time. He ends the chapter on Noah with the statement When you see a rainbow, remember that one person can make a difference. God has called our Chaplains to be difference-makers in the lives of others. Pray for the daily contacts our Chaplains have with people and for the opportunities He gives us to share Christ with them.
